Born and raised at the heart of Kilimanjaro, Nassar brings over three years of experience in the tourism sector to Makwavi African Safaris. As the Managing Director and Office Manager, his intimate knowledge of Tanzania’s national parks and commitment to exceptional service ensure your dream safari is expertly planned and executed.
Whether you’re chasing the Great Migration across the Serengeti and Masai Mara, relaxing on the pristine beaches of Zanzibar, or tackling the majestic peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, Nassar is your go-to expert. He can guide you through the wonders of the Eastern Arc Mountains, including the Udzungwa and Kitulo – the latter, known as the “Garden of God,” resembles the Scottish Highlands more than equatorial Africa.
Nassar also specializes in the awe-inspiring Mahale Mountains National Park on the shores of Lake Tanganyika. This unique park offers rugged mountains, dense jungles, crystal-clear lake waters, and miombo savannas.
